Venezuelan opposition leaders ended their boycott and confirmed future participation in local and regional elections
On Tuesday Venezuelan main opposition parties, including opposition leader Juan Guaidó, announced the end of a three-year boycott of any elections held by President Nicolas Maduro. The opposition parties have used their boycott as a tool, and candidates in past elections have been both banned and harassed, according to The Washington Post. The country is set to hold elections on November 21
